I grew up in Chipstead and moved back here with my young family after living in London for a number of years. My wider family still live locally and I’m proud to be able to represent the area that I grew up in and call home.

As a Merstham Councillor I have successfully campaigned to target council investment into Merstham including the new Merstham Community Hub. I established the Merstham Community Facility Trust, with the support of local residents, which continues to deliver vital community support activities.

I have represented the Village since 2006 and sit on the Borough Planning Committee to ensure your views are heard and concerns are openly dealt with.  I intend to continue in this role to use my professional knowledge, skills and experience for the benefit of all residents of the Village.

Cllr Frank Kelly (Merstham, Hooley & Netherne)

It has been my privilege to serve the community and residents in Merstham. I have been able to support many groups and charities, helping to raise both funds and awareness. I am proud to be part of the work we have started throughout our ward and look forward to continuing.

Cllr Rachel Turner (Lower Kingswood, Tadworth & Walton)

I have lived in Tadworth for most of my life and have got to know and understand the issues confronting residents. Working with my fellow councillors and local businesses, I want to ensure Lower Kingswood, Tadworth and Walton becomes an even more special place to live and work in.

I am an experienced Councillor, Vice Chairman of the Planning Committee and Chairman of the Reigate Heath Steering Committee. I support the YMCA and serve on several of their committees.  My aim is to keep trying to improve and maintain all the good things for all local residents.
