Borough Council Candidates

Cllr Rich Michalowski (Redhill West & Wray Common)

I’m a family man who lives and works here. I care about the people who live here and the place we live in. I want us to get value for money from our council services and see our money spent wisely. I’ll listen and help resolve your local issues.

Chris Reynolds (Earlswood & Whitebushes)

Having lived and worked in Redhill for so many years, I am keen to do more for the community using my past experience as a councillor and my interest in environmental issues.  If local residents put their trust in me I will work hard on behalf of the whole community.

Cllr Eddy Humphreys (Banstead Village)

I am delighted to have had the opportunity to work with and represent the residents and businesses of Banstead over the past 7 years as your Councillor.  If elected again I will continue to support local events and always look for ways to help improve our fabulous Village.

Cllr Simon Parnall (Chipstead, Kingswood & Woodmansterne)

I have lived in the Borough for over twenty-five years, the last seventeen as a Kingswood resident. I was chairman of the Kingswood Residents’ Association before joining the Council. I have a real passion for our communities, doing all I can to ensure we deliver better local government.

Tim Peniston-Bird (Meadvale & St John's)

I am passionate about helping my local community take back control of local issues–by working together, we can make Meadvale and St John’s an even better place to live–contact me if you have ideas or would like to get involved.

Cllr Keith Foreman (Hooley, Merstham & Netherne)

I am very proud of my record as a councillor. I have consistently worked for the needs of the community I represent. I have championed the needs of all residents, resulting in substantial improvements.  I have also been active in representing our needs with neighbouring councils.

Lindy Murray (Meadvale & St John's)

I moved here over 30 years ago, training with British Airways at Gatwick. Having worked with local fundraising committees and the Reigate Action Group to fund the playground in Priory Park, it is rewarding to see the results we have all put in and I would like to do more.

Cllr Mark Brunt (Hooley, Merstham & Netherne)

As a Merstham Councillor I have successfully campaigned to target council investment into Merstham including the new Merstham Community Hub. I established the Merstham Community Facility Trust, with the support of local residents, which continues to deliver vital community support activities.
