I am a proud resident of Redhill and I have always championed regeneration. I am the cabinet member for Property and Waste at Surrey County Council, and I previously served as the Portfolio Holder for Neighbourhood Services on the Borough Council, driving forward local redevelopment.

Simon Parnall has lived in Kingswood for 21 years and has served as Borough Councillor since being first elected to the old ward of Kingswood with Burgh Heath in 2012. He is married to Judy with an eighteen year old son, Matthew.
I am an experienced Councillor, Vice Chairman of the Planning Committee and Chairman of the Reigate Heath Steering Committee. I support the YMCA and serve on several of their committees. My aim is to keep trying to improve and maintain all the good things for all local residents.
