A Chipstead resident for 40 years, on retirement from my profession as an accountant in 2007, I was elected to the Borough Council.As a Councillor, I have served on the Planning and Overview and Scrutiny Committees, overseeing the key financial and development policies of the Council. I have also served as Deputy Mayor for two years.

“Merstham has been my family home for nearly 60 years. My Grandparents moved to Bletchingley Road in the 1950's when the estate was built (my Grandfather designed the swimming pool at Albury Manor) and I moved to Delabole Road when I was 1.“I grew up attending both Furzefield and Albury Manor schools before moving to the Warwick School and onto East Surrey College.

Lynne has represented Banstead Village on the Borough Council for over 15 years.

I have been one of the Borough Councillors for Reigate Hill for the past 15 years, during which time I have met many of you personally and have helped a number of you individually on Council related matters.I have worked with residents' associations within Reigate Hill and with my Borough and County Council colleagues to preserve the character of Reigate Hill in the face of pressure to increase the density of housing and restrict the provision of off-road parking.

As a long term local resident myself, who has commuted from, raised a family, and seen many changes in the borough over the years, I have a strong sense of belonging to the community in which I live.  
 

Since being first elected in 2012, my focus at the council has been making sure that Earlswood and Whitebushes benefits from the regeneration going on in Redhill. This has meant working with fellow ward councillors to get the best possible outcomes for developments at places like Heston Road, East Surrey Hospital and the RNIB site. I know that the green spaces in our ward are important for everyone so I will continue to ensure we prevent them being lost to inappropriate development.

Years of service as a Councillor and local volunteer gives me a wide understanding of priorities relevant to our community.  With your support I will ensure that future development is appropriate, your Council Tax is used wisely and help is given to Reigate businesses to sustain jobs and economic

I have lived in Tadworth for most of my life and have got to know and understand the issues confronting residents. Working with my fellow councillors and local businesses, I want to ensure Lower Kingswood, Tadworth and Walton becomes an even more special place to live and work in.

I am a proud resident of Redhill and I have always championed regeneration.

I am a proud resident of Banstead Village, where I also work.I am keen to keep the village litter-free,with weekly litter-picking with Banstead Village in Bloom. I hope to work with businesses to reduce plastic pollution.

I have represented the Village since 2006 and sit on the Borough Planning Committee to ensure your views are heard and concerns are openly dealt with.  I intend to continue in this role to use my professional knowledge, skills and experience for the benefit of all residents of the Village.
